Data Deletion

How to delete your SuperBuilder data, including anything connected from Meta.

Delete a connection

Open Settings > Connections in SuperBuilder and click Disconnect on Razorpay or Meta Ads. The stored keys or token are deleted immediately. For Meta you can also remove SuperBuilder under Facebook settings > Business integrations, which revokes the token on Meta’s side.

Delete your account and all your data

Email admin@growthyfai.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my SuperBuilder account". We confirm within three working days and delete your account, projects, drafts, files, connections and analytics within thirty days. Order records that Indian tax law requires us to keep are retained for that period only and are not used for anything else.

If you connected through Facebook

Removing SuperBuilder from your Facebook settings sends us a deauthorisation signal, and we delete the Meta token and the ad account and Page identifiers we stored for you. Ads you turned on in Ads Manager stay yours and are unaffected.

Buyers

If you bought from a store on superbuilder.store and want your email address removed, write to admin@growthyfai.com with the order email. We remove it from delivery records and tell the seller.
