Terms of Service
The agreement between you and SuperBuilder when you use the product or sell through it.

The service
SuperBuilder, operated by Growthyfai Technologies Private Limited, helps you plan, build, launch and grow a small digital business: AI-assisted drafts, a store on superbuilder.store, payments through your own Razorpay account, and optional advertising through your own Meta account.
Your account
You must be at least eighteen and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
Your content and what Studio makes
You own what you upload and what Studio produces for you from your brief. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it so the product works. AI-generated drafts can be wrong; you review and accept every draft before it is used, and you are responsible for what you publish and sell.
Selling through SuperBuilder
You are the seller. Money from your store goes to your own Razorpay account; SuperBuilder never holds your funds. You are responsible for the product you sell, its description, its price, taxes such as GST, refunds and buyer support. We deliver the file and send the delivery email on your behalf.
Advertising through SuperBuilder
If you connect Meta Ads, SuperBuilder creates paused campaigns only. You turn ads on, set budgets and pay Meta yourself. You must follow Meta’s advertising policies for anything you run.
Acceptable use
Do not use SuperBuilder for anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing, to send spam, or to sell content you have no right to sell. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Plan prices and usage limits are shown in the product before you commit. Fees are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and are billed through Razorpay.
No guarantees
Stories, opportunities and figures in the product are starting points, not promises. The service is provided as is. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from the product or by writing to us; see the Data Deletion page. We may end the service with thirty days’ notice, or at once for serious breach.
