Who we are

SuperBuilder (superbuilder.club and superbuilder.store) is operated by Growthyfai Technologies Private Limited, India. Questions about this policy go to admin@growthyfai.com.

What we collect

We collect only what the product needs to work.

• Account details: name, email address, and if you choose, a phone number or a Google sign-in. Passwords are stored hashed.
• What you build: your business brief, drafts, manuscripts, images, sales pages and the files Studio produces for you.
• Connections you choose to add: Razorpay API keys and, if you connect it, a Meta access token. These are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you or to us in full.
• Sales on your store: the buyer email address, phone number if given, the order and payment identifiers from Razorpay, and the delivery record.
• Usage: pages viewed, Studio runs requested and their cost, and error logs, so we can run and improve the service.

How we use Meta data

If you connect Meta Ads, you sign in on facebook.com and Meta gives SuperBuilder an access token for the ad accounts and Pages you select. We use it only to list those ad accounts and Pages and to create paused campaigns, ad sets, creatives and ads when you approve an ads run. SuperBuilder never turns an ad on, never edits or deletes your existing ads, audiences or Pages, and never spends your money. The token is stored encrypted for your workspace, every call made with it is logged, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings > Connections or from Facebook settings > Business integrations.

Meta platform data is not sold, not used for advertising by us, and not shared with anyone except the service providers below who host our systems.

Who sees your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run SuperBuilder, each bound by its own data terms:

• Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (files and images).
• Razorpay (payments; buyer and merchant data pass to Razorpay under your own Razorpay account).
• Resend (transactional email such as sign-in codes and purchase deliveries).
• OpenAI, Fireworks AI and similar model providers (the text and images Studio generates from your brief; your brief and drafts are sent to them for that purpose only).
• Meta (only when you connect Meta Ads), Trigger.dev (background jobs), PostHog (product analytics).

Buyers on a SuperBuilder store

When you buy from a store on superbuilder.store, the seller is the creator who runs that store. SuperBuilder processes your email address, payment identifiers and download record on the seller’s behalf to deliver the file and to send the delivery email. The seller can see your email address and order; SuperBuilder uses it only for delivery, fraud prevention and support.

How long we keep it

Account and project data stay while your account exists. Connections are deleted when you disconnect them. Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require (currently eight years), then deleted. Logs are kept for ninety days.

Your rights and deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time. See the Data Deletion page at https://superbuilder.club/data-deletion, or write to admin@growthyfai.com. We answer within thirty days.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie and a first-party analytics beacon. Creators may add their own Meta pixel to their sales page; that pixel is theirs, not ours.
