Who built it, and what they built
Saakshi Choithani describes herself as a mompreneur, a coach to solopreneurs, and a Professional Growth Hacker. She began her entrepreneurial journey after becoming a mother.
Her company, Mindynamics, is a training and skill development business based in Mumbai. It delivers individual training programs, corporate training, trainer support services, and builds e-learning portals for organizations, with programs reaching learners in India, Russia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and parts of the UK.
How they built the first version
Her first product was a program for teachers, who were hit hard when the pandemic disrupted education. Drawing on her background in the education industry, she released her first online program at no cost during the early lockdown period.
The free webinar series attracted hundreds of participants from 4 different countries. Mindynamics then converted that free offering into a paid 15 session guided series combining e-learning and live masterclasses that showed teachers how to run their business online and earn income.
“The day you stop experimenting, you will find yourself in a trap where your business is stagnant and things are not just moving right.”
