Who built it, and what they built
Yashu Kapila serves as CEO of BugRaptors, a quality assurance and software testing company headquartered in Mohali, Punjab, India. The firm operates under the motto of delivering quality in every engagement and frames its work around consistency and giving back.
The company employs more than 200 testers holding ISTQB certification and supports clients across over a dozen industries, including banking, healthcare, retail, telecom, and government. Its footprint covers India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
BugRaptors counts several Fortune 500 companies among its clients alongside small and mid-sized businesses, and it credits its work with cutting client time to market by 30 to 40 percent while promising zero-defect leakage.
Where the idea came from
Kapila spent years moving through different roles in the QA field, building hands-on skills in manual and automation testing, test environment setup, and script migration before stepping into management and client relationship work.
In 2016, drawing on that experience and seeing rising demand for reliable software, Kapila launched BugRaptors. Because the company sits within the Seasia group of companies, it had financial backing and help landing its earliest customers.
The firm has since picked up industry recognition, appearing in an ICON Group International report on the software testing services outlook and in a global digital assurance market study, plus listings on platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, and DesignRush.
